Le había echado el ojo a este lugar desde hacía meses pero no ha sido hasta hoy que porfin he podido venir a probar sus famosas tortillas. La decoración es un tanto moderna para mi gusto, pero supongo que está acorde a la clientela que va dirigida. El main event del restaurante son sus tortillas personalizadas, el cliente elige absolutamente todo, haciendo que cada tortillas sea única. También sirven tapas típicas aparte, en esta ocasión pedí una de espinacas con garbanzos, que no estaba mal. La TORTILLA, para mi gusto estaba más que bien, quizá si hubiera sido un poco más ancha hubiera sido perfecta, pero el tamaño y la textura estaban bien, se notaba que era casera y echa al momento, tan buena estaba que no me hiso falta pedir salsas ni condimentos como siempre suelo hacer cuando como una tortilla, está vez fue la excepción. El servicio es amable y eficaz, lo curioso es que es autoservicio, cosa que no estoy muy acostumbrado, cuando llegué no había mucha gente, por lo que mi almuerzo llegó en poco tiempo. Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que le guste una buena tortilla, sobre todo, medio hecha, que así es como se disfruta realmente una tortilla.
