Ha sido un autentico privilegio cenar aquí. Cada plato, además de ser un gusto para el paladar, era capaz de trasladarte a un momento del verano. Casi podías saborear la epoca estival en toda su totalidad. Actualmente hay muy buenos cocineros haciendo platos excepciones, pero la experiencia que te ofrecen aquí, te acerca a la cocina y te hace participe de ella. Gracias Manu Lachica por engrandecer la cocina andaluza y permitirnos viajar contigo en este viaje.

Simplemente una experiencia que no hay que perderse. El menú es realmente sorprendente y la atención durante toda la experiencia fue sobresaliente. Esperando que llegue el siguiente menú en Otoño.
