Comida deliciosa. Pedi 3 tapas diferentes, uma de bacalhau, uma de carne, uma de peixe. Todas divinas. Atendimento muito gentil também. Ambiente agradável. Importante fazer reserva se quiser sentar. Comi no balcão, em pé. Adorei!

This place is a living museum. A must if you are a history nerd. It's from 1670, one of the oldest places in the world serving food and the origin of the concept of tapas or at least part of it. They still keep track of what you buy by writing the prices with chalk on the wooden bar in front of you. Thats a very old tradition. It's such a cool place. Still family run after hundreds of years of operation. And you can tell they are proud of it. Its very busy and lively but i didnt need a reservation. Just walk in and go stand at the bar. The food is also pretty good.
