Restaurante apto para celíacos/as (Sin Gluten) con gran diversidad de platos. Fue mi hija celíaca , la que me introdujo en este restaurante y debo coincidir con ella en que nunca falla. He tenido la oportunidad de probar el tartár de solomillo con tuétano; muy bueno , aunque nos faltó un poco de sabor al tener poco aderezo de especias en su preparación. También nos gustó mucho un “mix” de setas sobre una crema de alboronía ; recomendación ésta, de la persona que nos atendió. Concretamente Yaris. Un joven francés súper profesional y siempre muy atento al servicio. De 10. También acertamos con los garbanzos con curry y quinoa. Siempre muy bien este plato. En definitiva, un restaurante que recomendaría no solo a los celíacos/as , sino al público que quiera disfrutar de algo saludable y distinto.

¡Ojalá más restaurantes como este en todas partes! 😜 Un sitio que se sale de la norma de los fritos y rebozados típicos de todos los restaurantes. Comida súper sabrosa, sin aditivos, sin azúcares añadidos y sin gluten (ideal para celiacos). Alucinamos con el salmón marinado al café, muy muy bueno. También nos encantó el postre, pedimos un trozo de KetoTarta 🔝 Volveremos sin duda 🙃
