Estuvimos un grupo de 11 personas y, aunque los caracoles estaban muy buenos y la cerveza espectacular, la experiencia ha sido muy desagradable cuando hemos pedido la cuenta. Nos han dicho el importe de palabra, pero no la querían dar por escrito. . Al solicitar ver el detalle de la cuenta, nos dijeron que no podían enseñárnoslo porque lo apuntan “todo en una libreta” y que, si queríamos la cuenta desglosada, tenían que cobrarnos 50 céntimos por persona, en concepto de pan (que no se nos ofreció ni se sirvió). Además, nos dijeron que tardarían 20 minutos en prepararla. Cuando uno de nosotros pidió explicaciones, la respuesta del responsable fue completamente inaceptable: “Si has esperado 20 minutos para que te demos mesa, ahora vas a esperar 20 minutos para que te demos la cuenta”. Un comentario muy poco profesional y nada acorde con un trato al cliente respetuoso. Una pena, porque la comida estaba bien, pero la falta de transparencia en la cuenta y el trato recibido al final hacen que no recomendemos este sitio ni pensemos volver.
