La Casa de Murillo è una casa storica a Siviglia al numero 8 di calle Santa Teresa, nello storico Barrio de Santa Cruz . Fu la casa del pittore Bartolomé Esteban Murillo (1617–1682) negli ultimi anni della sua vita. L'edificio ha due piani e un patio centrale ( cortile ) con colonne . Nel 1972 vi fu fondato un museo-casa , aperto al pubblico nel 1982, in occasione del tricentenario della morte di Murillo. Il museo tentò di ricreare l'atmosfera del XVII secolo. Tuttavia, nel 1998, la maggior parte dell'edificio fu convertita in uffici per il Consiglio andaluso della cultura, lasciando solo un piccolo spazio museale utilizzato per mostre temporanee.
