Family run mission business with an excellent work ethic and thoughtfully dedicated service. Knows their customers by name after two visits, funny and caring. Favorite coffee shop in the area.

This place is okay to fine if you need something quick. I wouldn't recommend it relative to the Grand or other coffee options nearby. Ritual is better for example. They do have some space to sit although generally in direct sun with no shade structure, meaning I never use it. On the plus side it's always available.
