Such a cute & calming atmosphere. Their mango matcha was really good and not too sweet. Loved watching them make the tea at the various brewing stations. Staff were also super friendly!

Multiple visits to this Valencia St location. Hot matcha lattes are excellent - definitely go hot over cold. The rose matcha has an amazing aroma and flavor. However, there are some issues: Cold matcha strawberry lacks strawberry flavor, and the straws are terrible quality (broke 3 straws on one drink). Service needs improvement - was told "to-go only" at 3:30pm on Saturday despite closing at 5pm, and staff wasn't particularly friendly. Good hot matcha drinks, but service and straws need work. The rose matcha is worth trying though!

Food is great, and it's a cool lab-concept coffee/restaurant experience.However, in my personal opinion, the katsu sando for $17.50 feels a bit overpriced. The service started off excellent—the first person who helped us was fantastic. However, when another staff member brought our dishes, she only provided one set of utensils. When we realized this and asked a girl standing behind the counter for another set, she simply pointed to where the utensils were instead of assisting us. For a place with multiple staff members walking around—seemingly focused on customer service—it felt lacking that two diners weren’t automatically given two sets of utensils. The pointing instead of helping came off as dismissive for what’s supposed to be a customer-centric experience.
