I just ordered a blueberry chiffon B-day cake for my mother. I noticed there was very little room to put a happy birthday message on top of the cake, but the lady said not to worry, they can make it fit. I was quite upset upon picking it up that they wrote the message on the cardboard that was under the cake. How tacky! Then they argued that I didn't specify where to put the message. I suspect the cakes are bought from somewhere else, and they resell it, since they can't customize the top part. On the other hand, the cake was beautiful, and was surprisingly delicious. Very moist and fresh.
