Cool local theater - go visit, watch a movie, get some popcorn, you'll feel better.

Great little theater with great movies, but don't expect blockbusters here. Mostly indie/arthouse type films that you won't find in too many other theaters. The neighborhood is a cornucopia of cafes restaurants and bars albeit a bit of a seedy area, especially near the BART station, which is only a block and a half away.
