I saw Grandaddy here and it was awesome. Super cool venue and small enough to easily get close up to the band.

Great venue which allows you to get close to the stage and see the artist(s) playing up close. There's a balcony on the second story that provides seating and great views of the stage. I've gone here probably a dozen times and have seen all sorts of groups playing here. Overall, an awesome venue that people should check out!
