Greenwich Steps would be considered imhv being nicknamed as the "daughter steps" are just one block north of Filbert Steps (the "mother steps") where the world famed Grace Merchant Garden is located. However, the garden built by her daughter Valetta in the middle of Greenwich Steps imhv is not only more poetically spaciously landscaped but also has an impressive view of the San Francisco Bay. Rumors in “the Gossip Streets of San Francisco” are [*aka “CNN: The Chinatown News Network” 😂 ] that Lady Grace didn’t get along with her daughter Valetta according to her husband Desmond Heslet so she moved out in 1949 to live alone in a flat on the Filbert side. Some historians revealed an interesting background of Desmond who encountered Pancho Villa when he grew up in Mexico somewhere near “Las Barrancas del Cobre” en Estado de Chihuahua where “El Chepe Express” {*A scenic train route like Amtrak’s “California Zephyr” running from Los Mochis, Sinaloa to Pueblo Magic (Creel, Chihuahua)}. After reaching Montgomery Street there are another 10 flights to Coit Tower via Telegraph Hill Blvd. ❸Alternative routes: Begin your trip from downtown Montgomery Street to the foot of Telegraph Hill near Green where the infamous “Sydney Duck” gang {who were bunch of convicts supposed to sail to Australia but got too drunk at “Shanghai Kelly” and stayed} used to hangout in late-1800s} choose from either Filbert Steps (limited views of the Bay) or Greenwich Steps . ⚠️Watch out for Coyotes!
