De lujo. He estado varios días en Salamanca y he repetido varias veces. Tapeo de verdad. Eligiendo los pinchos de la barra con cada bebida. Gran variedad de vinos de cada D.O El sitio expectacular en plena Plaza Mayor. Gran salón y barra y terraza. El servicio muy amable y profesional. Los servicios súper limpios. Todo de 10. Recomendable 100%. Volveré en cada visita a la preciosa Salamanca

La Marquesa Brava enjoys an enviable location with splendid views of the Plaza Mayor, a setting that elevates any dining experience. The food itself was truly commendable: the Tosta de Pluma Ibérica with mushroom and truffle sauce was indulgent, while the Foie de Pato a la Plancha with caramelised apple and Calvados cream was a refined and well-balanced dish. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant’s potential, the staff seemed disengaged, moving slowly and inattentive even when guests were clearly waiting. Watching waiters idle while I sat with hunger and thirst created unnecessary frustration and detracted from the otherwise high quality of the cuisine. In sum, the kitchen shows real promise, but until the service is brought up to the same level, La Marquesa Brava will remain a restaurant of contrasts rather than excellence.
