Went there for a matcha workshop, highly recommend. Incredibly friendly staff, best matcha I've ever had and a good atmosphere. They are very passionate about showing what japanese cuisine and culture has to offer. Authentic and outstanding quality!

I've been to SHIN a few times. The onigiri is literally the best I've ever had (and I've lived in Japan!). The matcha is premium quality, it's the real deal. When we had a sit down lunch, all the food was delicious and made with ingredients from Japan. To top it off, they have a really fun and afforable Matcha Workshop. I'd have to say the only minor complaint I have was that there was a lot of background noise from the kitchen, music and other customers, so the explanation for the workshop was difficult to hear at times. But overall it's so fun and the staff is always so kind and accommodating! You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside and you're greeted with a cheerful 'irrasshaimase'! SHIN is a real gem for people who love Japan and can appreciate real Japanese food and matcha.
