Heerlijke avond gehad bij Freddy & collega’s. Super kundig personeel die echt tijd en aandacht voor je hebben. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten en gedronken, we komen absoluut terug. Pareltje van Rotterdam deze zaak!

Vanavond ontzettend genoten van het heerlijke en verrassende menu van L’ouest. Geweldige service, goede sfeer en goed advies van wijncombinatie met gerechten. Al met al een grote aanrader!

Food wise I’d say this is the best I’ve had in a while. All dishes were tasty and the presentation is really nice. I love that you can make your own cheese platter according to your taste. Drinks wise.. L’Ouest is a wine bar, but I found the options for wine quite mediocre and overpriced. We paid 60 euros for a bottle of rose that was just your average rose. When we asked for some advise our waitress couldn’t tell us much about the taste profiles of different wines. I think for a wine bar that’s something you can expect, that staff knows their wines. Staff was super friendly though and checked in regularly. I wish they refilled our water from time to time. Note that the restaurant is next to the tram so it’s quite noisy on the terrace. We paid 150 euros per person for 4 oysters, 6 dishes (shared dining), a pretty big cheese platter, 2 bottles of wine and 2 glasses of cava.
