Premetto che a me come catena piace, però se i ragazzi fossero più attenti alle richieste dei clienti sarebbe meglio. Ho chiesto alla ragazza in cassa un caramel macchiato con latte senza lattosio e panna vegetale, il ragazzo che lo prepara (purtroppo si sbaglia) e mette la panna classica, allora glielo faccio notare e entra in gioco la sua collega, che mi chiede “lo dobbiamo rifare o ti possiamo togliere la panna e mettere la tua?” Io gli rispondo “se me lo puoi rifare, visto che ho chiesto anche il latte senza lattosio” Lei mi risponde “no ma il latte è senza lattosio”, sicuramente non ha capito che non avesse senso il fatto di lasciare la panna normale e avere il latte senza lattosio, insomma. Fatto sta che il ragazzo rifà il mio ordine e lei fa la battuta “eh ricordati la panna senza lattosio, mi raccomando” Cara sinceramente, dovresti essere meno sbruffona con i clienti e te lo dice una che ci lavora con il pubblico, anche perché c’è gente intollerante o allergica e si anche se rimane un pizzico di lattosio in qualcosa che deve essere senza, quella persona si sente male. E poi sarebbe più consono pulire i contenitori dove mettete il latte (perché se li ci mettete quello normale e poi ci va quello senza lattosio, di soia etc.) é tutto inutile.

Carino, piccolo (infatti non ci sono posti a sedere o dove appoggiarti per bere/mangiare) ma con cibo e bevande abbastanza buone. Forse non molto semplice per trovarlo.
