Non velocissimi (ci sono stato per un pranzo di lavoro), ma merita assolutamente 5* perché la cucina è ottima ed il personale molto cortese. I celiaci troveranno tutti i piatti della tradizione romana con qualche "variazione sul tema" che merita.
