Il ristorante in oggetto è particolarmente dedicato alla carne che devo dire è abbastanza buona. La scelta si fa direttamente al banco sia per il tipo di provenienza che di taglio. Ad esser sincero mi aspettavo molto di più dalla Nebraska e rapportando la resa al prezzo probabilmente avrei scelto altro.
