ogni tanto sento il bisogno di ritrovare quei sapori, quei gesti e quella genuinità che solo la mia terra sa regalare. In questo ristorante ho ritrovato tutto questo, e molto di più. L’ambiente è un piccolo omaggio a Napoli: curato nei dettagli, caldo, accogliente, con le classiche musiche napoletane in sottofondo che ti accompagnano per tutta la serata come un abbraccio. Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questo posto non è solo l'atmosfera… sono le persone. Una menzione speciale va a Francesco, il proprietario: raro esempio di professionalità, passione e umanità. È di una gentilezza disarmante. Ci ha accolto con il sorriso, ci ha fatto sentire a casa e si è preso il tempo per scambiare due parole sincere con noi. Un’attenzione che oggi si trova sempre meno, ma che fa la differenza. Parliamo del cibo: un’esperienza sensoriale che mi ha emozionata. Gli antipasti erano deliziosi, ricchi, curati nei sapori e nella presentazione. La pasta ai frutti di mare? Una poesia. Perfettamente equilibrata, abbondante e con quel gusto pieno che sa di mare e di tradizione. E per finire, i dolci… semplicemente: autentici, golosi, perfetti. Per me non è stata una semplice cena, ma un’esperienza bellissima. Di quelle che ti lasciano qualcosa dentro. Un tuffo nelle radici, nei sapori e nell’anima di Napoli, senza dover prendere un aereo.
