6.8 jsem v odpoledních hodinách s velkým očekáváním navštívila tuto proslulou kavárnu. Byla jsem zklamaná už od prvního momentu. Proč je u vstupu cedule, vyčkejte na obsluhu, když po 10 minutách si vás stejně nikdo nevšimne. A že kolem nás prošlo dost číšníků. Až když vidíte,jak si všichni chodí jak se jim zachce tak také vstoupíte. Dále, nekonečně dlouhé čekání na kohokoliv kdo vás obslouží. Nechápu systém obsluhování, ale minimálně další 4 hosté byli obsloužení daleko dříve než my, kteří už jsme tam nějakou dobu seděli. U vedlejšího stolu mi to přišlo jako protekce a další zajímavější zahraniční zákazník? Karafu vody jsme také mohli dostat dřív, než vše ostatní,abychom tam opravdu neseděli na suchu. Zákusky byly skutečně vynikající, bohužel na moji kamarádku s vejcem zapomněli, to jsem se musela ozvat, jinak by svůj zákusek ani nedostala. Škoda, že jsem si nevyfotila vlas,který vytáhla z dezertu. Ráda bych dala vyšší hodnocení. Vše nám chutnalo, cena je kvalitě odpovídající, prostředí nádherné, ale bohužel personál nezvládá větší nápor turistů a kvalitu tím rozhodně kazí.

Zákusky úžasné. Ale obsluha katastrofálna. Traja sa mocú po place a trvá im pokiaľ vôbec prídu objednať. Necgajú vás čakať bez povšimnutia. Jedna, asi hlavná čašníčka s povýšeneckým chovaním. Škoda , pokazená atmosféra a chuť z úžasných zákuskov na tak magickom mieste. A nie je to len tento rok, bolo to aj minulý rok. Odpadla mi chuť sem ísť, hoci chuť ns zákusok bol.

Příjemný zážitek v jinak pošmourném nedělním dopoledni. Prostředí - balzám pro duši, obsluha - Šimon Sokol mistr v oboru, dezerty a drinky - slast pro naše oči i chuťové pohárky. 👍👍👍 Ochutnali jsme dezerty: Hlavsa, Vejce, Mandarinku a Popcorn, nápoje: Passion Fruit Collins, bezinkový Gimlet. Díky. 🩷 Jen nás mrzelo, že ostatní pánská obsluha, ač velice neprofesionální, se chovala i arogantně a navíc se nedala koupit láhev Prosecco Rosé s sebou :-).
