He probado cafeterías de especialidad alrededor de muchos países del mundo y creo que puedo decir, con conocimiento de causa, que estas es la mejor de Pamplona. No es fácil montar un negocio de este tipo y ser capaz de escalarlo, montar 3 locales, y mantener un nivel de servicio por encima del notable alto casi siempre. Ellos lo han conseguido. Cafeterías exquisitamente decoradas, con un personas amabilísimo y muy diligente. En horas punta puede echarte para atrás sus largas colas para pedir pero, hazme caso a una cosa: no te preocupes porque en cuanto hayas ordenado tu pedido, si liberará algún sitio. No sé cómo lo hacen pero casi siempre es así. Pides, te sientas y te llega tu café con una sonrisa. Enhorabuena y gracias por lo que hacéis.
