Absolutely fantastic. These are authentic Lanzhou style beef noodles. The soup is full of flavor and the star of the show are the hand-pulled noodles. The portion size is generous and the price very reasonable. Tip: Add some of the vinegar and mild chili that is provided to the soup after the first half. Forget the overpriced and westernised Ramen stores in the city center. This is the best bowl of noodles you can get in Oxford.
