Tanto el estudio en sí como Nuno son muy acogedores. Cada vez que vengo a Oviedo practico Ashtanga aquí. He practicado con muchos profesores y Nuno es uno de mis favoritos. Me gusta que te anima a esforzarte pero no a forzarte, y respeta el estado individual de cada cuerpo, en cada momento. Me siento muy segura cuando me hace ajustes, siempre es muy cuidadoso y respetuoso. Lo recomiendo sin reservas 🙏
