BEST VEGAN FALAFEL IN NORWAY (if not the world). Stumbled across this absolute pure golden gem en route from Voss to Stockholm. Made with such love and generosity, the veggies were PACKED in, the presentation was beautiful and the chips were cooked to absolutely perfection. The falafel was fluffy on the inside with a slight crisp and the hummus was soooo smooth and spilling over the sides. Mint, pickles, pomegranate THE LIST GOES ON. Such a friendly gentleman who even brought us freshly squeezed juice and a date for dessert. 10/10 would come back to Oslo just for this. Over and out
