Life changing flavors. I don't eat out much because things ~usually lack flavor and I can do better at home, but this place? Out of this world with flavor that had me questioning life. The chef brought our our food and told us about it /he picked some mushrooms himself for the dish! Service was excellent. Would go again! Highly recommend. Some of the best food of my lifetime. ~Fluffy, buttery Brioche buns come first for all meals we experienced. All meals have thoughtful, intentional, and complex flavor profiles and beautiful plating. ~Both times we visited the restaurant was not crowded and we were seated immediately without reservations. ~It's baffling this place doesn't have 3 Michillin stars. ~First night we ordered the charcuterie for starter, then mains we had the halibut and Reindeer respectively. ~Second night we opted for the four course meal.
