Randomly bumped into this spot, just wanted a glass of wine but ended eating one of the most tasty yet simple dishes I’ve ever tasted. The background story it’s even more insane, all done with just one induction pan by the chef Sebastiano (who will open potentially a spot in September). Anyways Zucchini with pumpkin seeds both toasted and made as “butter” , I couldn’t believe how tasty the dish was, staff incredibly welcoming can’t help but recommend it , a work of art.
