Finalmente un posto non conforme allo standard della città, niente pizza, niente genovese né patate e provola. Il posto è ben curato e accogliente, ci si ritrova in un unica stanza circondati da piante (vive). Veniamo al cibo, piatto unico bilanciato, proteine, carboidrati e tanta verdura. Tutto cotto a vapore. Unico piatto che varia ogni giorno sempre con verdure fresche di stagione. Tutto preparato dalle mani di Claudio, titolare di Shambl che ha pensato ad un nuovo modo di approcciare il cibo in modo completamente salutare.
