Le pizze sono buone, tanto da inserire questo locale tra le migliori pizzerie di Napoli. Il servizio al tavolo, invece, non è stato uno dei migliori: lunga l'attesa per mangiare. Buone e leggere le fritturine, morbide e gustose le pizze. Unico difetto un po' troppo bruciacchiate per i miei gusti.

Con mia moglie abbiamo fatto il giro del mondo per portare nostra figlia a visitare nuovi luoghi e provare nuove esperienze culinarie gluten free. Con certezza possiamo dire che il maestro Pasquale Vanelli è il re mondiale della pizza senza glutine. Straordinario. Chissà forse non è un caso se si trova vicino al tempio del D10S 💙
