Un servizio di qualità fa sì che venga voglia di tornare al di là del gelato in sè. La signora bionda in piazza degli artisti è sempre così educata, gentile alla mano e sorridente che viene voglia di tornare anche se il gelato fosse mediocre. (Non lo è). Cari imprenditori, scegliete con attenzione il vostro personale.
