Mam bardzo mieszane odczucia co do tego miejsca. Zamówiliśmy lasagne, które było naprawdę przepyszne i jedzeniu nic nie mogę zarzucić. Obsługiwał nas Pan, który był przemiły, naprawdę zadbał o dobro klienta. Niemiło zrobiło sie dopiero na koniec przy płaceniu. Pan nas poinformował, że coperto, które jest doliczone do rachunku to nie to samo co napiwek za serwis i jeśli chcemy taki dać to możliwość jest tylko gotówką. Pan powiedział, ze nie musimy tego oczywiście dorzucać i nie ma żadnego problemu z tym. Odpowiedzieliśmy, ze niestety nie mamy gotówki, żeby dać mu napiwek i jeśli da sie to jakoś zrobic przy płatności kartą to bardzo chętnie coś dorzucimy bo naprawdę ten Pan nad nami skakał przy obsługiwaniu i zadbał o nas. Pan odpowiedział, że nie da sie i czy w takim razie płacimy tylko za posiłek kartą. Potwierdziliśmy i Panu od razu zszedł uśmiech z twarzy. Bylo naprawdę widać, że jest wkurzony na nas, że nie dostał napiwku. Nie patrzył już nawet na nas przy zaprowadzeniu do terminala, nie odpowiedział na do widzenia. Nigdy nie widziałam tak zdenerwowanego człowieka przez to, że nie dostał napiwku. Dziwna zasada, że napiwku nie mozna doliczyć na kartę i nie rozumiem po co też mówienie takie, że nie musimy tego płacić i on to rozumie
