Dopo aver seguito la pagina Instagram sono venuto quasi appositamente da Genova per assaggiare i prodotti. Ho avuto modo di provare il caramellotto ed il cinnamom roll. Impasto del caramellotto davvero fatto bene, ripieno super abbondante (quasi un peccato per la bontà dell' impasto) che nonostante le caratteristiche degli ingredienti non risulta stucchevole. Giusta la misura. Cinnamon roll di grande qualità per sapore, struttura e consistenza. Quello che più mi ha impressionato è il format, ma soprattutto l'attenzione che si dà al prodotto. Il caramellotto in frigo, il cinnamom leggermente riscaldato, la glassatura a richiesta e le farciture sul momento. Questa si chiama attenzione e rispetto per i clienti e per i propri prodotti. Bravissimi!!!
