Ho avuto il piacere di cenare da Aria a Napoli e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La cucina è sensazionale: piatti ricercati, abbinamenti sorprendenti e un percorso gastronomico che conquista dal primo all’ultimo assaggio. Ma ciò che rende questo ristorante davvero speciale non è solo l’alto livello del food: è l’attenzione e la cura del cliente. Un team straordinario, capace di farti sentire accolto con calore e professionalità. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Mattia, la cui cordialità, disponibilità e gentilezza hanno reso la serata ancora più piacevole. Mi piace provare spesso ristoranti stellati, ma raramente ho trovato un equilibrio così perfetto tra eccellenza culinaria e ospitalità sincera. Aria non è solo un ristorante, è un’esperienza che ti fa sentire a casa pur regalandoti un viaggio gastronomico unico. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

L'atmosfera del ristorante è molto bella, moderna e accogliente. Il personale è molto gentile. Il cibo è delizioso, in particolare i piatti a base di pesce. Lo chef prepara piatti di mare davvero eccezionali, dando la sensazione di essere in un posto di mare dove si mangia del pesce di altissima qualità, con ingredienti freschissimi e saporiti. L'esperienza culinaria è sorprendente, anche se non tutti i piatti sono così sbalorditivi. Le altre portate sono comunque molto buone, gustose e ben fatte.
