Recentemente ho visitato un bar che mi ha lasciato piuttosto deluso, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il prezzo dei prodotti e la gestione degli scontrini. Iniziamo dal costo: ho trovato che i prezzi erano esorbitanti rispetto alla qualità e alle porzioni offerte. Un semplice caffè costava più del doppio rispetto ad altri locali nelle vicinanze, senza alcun valore aggiunto. Inoltre, il problema degli scontrini è stato un ulteriore motivo di frustrazione. Non solo ho dovuto chiedere lo scontrino più volte, ma quando finalmente l'ho ricevuto, era poco chiaro e poco professionale.
