The waiter added a 15% tip on the bill without asking. Average burgers

The waiter (bald one with beard) has put 3€ tip (on 31€ bill) without telling me and i paid it quickly. Only later when i looked at the receipt i did realise the tip was charged. But i was late for the flight so didnt bother to argue- very unprofessional!
