Baltra is awesome, if you enjoy drinking martinis - this is the destination for you. some of the best martinis that i've had anywhere around the world. furthermore, tuesday nights, here they host 'martes martinis' night - literally 'tuesday martinis' with drinks at the crazy price of just one hundred pesos.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, Baltra offered a phenomenal drink experience. Super friendly and engaged staff; bartenders seemed to genuinely care that we enjoyed our drinks and time. Setting was moody and set the vibe well. Drink menu is creative and diverse. The Old George is my favorite drink of 2025! PS. I was just reminded that they remembered my friend's birthday and gave him a piece of the most chocolatiest cake!
