I had purchased a sub-meal from this store and unfortunately there was a mix up with another customers sub. I hadn’t realised until I had gotten back home; I chose to go back to the store to see if this could be amended, staff were able to accept their mistake with grace and understood the inconvenience of having to return to the store. To solve my issue they remade the correct sub I had ordered and gave me a complimentary pack of 3 cookies. I am appreciative of their willingness to amend my order. Thank you to the staff at the Fallowfield Subway!

Love to mash down a subway, sometimes I get upset because if u use them machines they just put in it takes way longer. Always and I mean ALWAYS just interact with the boss man, he’s proper on it. I don’t trust technology anymore.
