I ordered a wrap and milkshake on deliveroo around 8:50pm. It was expected to arrive at 9:20pm. 10pm it states my order is still on its way. I rang the restraunt. They said because i was out of area they couldnt deliver the food. It was 3 miles away so not sure why. I asked why they didnt update the app or why on the app they allow orders from that far away. I spoke to deliveroo customer service who kindly refunded my order. I think its just unbelievable how they didnt contact me or update the app properly as i could of been waiting all night. If you can't do order for more than 3 miles then u shouldnt allow people to order from that far away? Im sure there is a setting on the app for this. Either way poor service and a shame
