It's a really shame I've been only twice while both times everything was hot and fresh and the family all enjoyed the family bucket . However this was my 3rd time and the quality of food was terrible chicken cold not warm cold chips was slightly warm while I got with a smile and happy attitude I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I had told a number of friends this was the best out of all local KFCs this time was totally disappointed with everything .I'd gone for my wife who had just come out of hospital. I told her of the quality of food from here which she was really looking forward to and it was like all the rest ( wife's words ) paying £9.99 for one meal is a lot to pay on a pension. But I thought worth the money because I thought you had it right . The staff have always been ok with me. But the food really disappointed me. My self and family I will give u another chance. But my wife she convinced KFC have lost the customer satisfaction quality. It's one of a few halal meat KFCs its my only halal local KFC please don't fallow the rest of KFC with no customer satisfaction

Only some of the chicken was hot ... some looked as they had been there a long time ... so not as good this time around ..
