Love my local Gail’s, particularly for the staff! So so friendly, always giving a warm welcome and so helpful. From giving recommendations of new items to try all the way helping me with the WiFi! Particularly thankful to David for helping with this! Plus it’s always nice to treat yourself with a cheeky Gail’s once in a while!

Why is this café/bakery expensive? After hearing great things about it, I went there and I was not impressed, it's nothing out of the ordinary, so they should charge prices like everyone else. It's an okay cafés but it's not that great.

Just visited this afternoon for two iced matchas. They dont do white chocolate syrup but Beth reccomended another syrup which was delicious! Beth is a real asset to the store and made our experience wonderful, thank you :)
