It's a Costa. In a busy train station. But it's elevated by the customer service which evokes the vibe of an independent coffee shop. Other Costas could take lessons from this little gem.

This was my second time visiting this particular Costa branch, and once again, it was a great experience. Usually, coffee at chain cafés tastes pretty much the same, and what really sets one apart is the staff — their attitude and how well they prepare the coffee. At this branch, the staff were not only friendly and professional, but they also made an excellent cup of coffee. That combination of warm service and skilled preparation made my visit truly enjoyable. If you're looking for a reliable spot for coffee, this Costa branch is definitely worth a try.
