The lovely staff called Violete made my order and experience one to remember! I ordered the wrong thing but she was understanding and helped correct it which I appreciate a lot 🫶🏽

i was in a week or so ago and got served by violet. there was a problem with my drink (my fault!) and she sorted it out with no issues. super friendly and some of the best service i’ve had in ages! plus yummy matcha too. thank you violet ❤️

I visit this place every single day I am in the area. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. There are multiple black sheep coffees in the area but this one stands out as it's own. Outside seating area near Central library with the buzz of the city behind you. Yet quiet enough to get some work done. Coffees taste better when it's handed to you with a smile and excellent customer service. Shout out to Rishi and Megan.
