Visited this bar on NYE as we bought tickets to the NYE Meraki event and the English brunette women at the front desk of this venue who’s job was to give out wristbands to people who have paid for tickets was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. We had literally just walked through the door after being soaked by the terrible weather on NYE, I gave the women a smile expecting a nice warm welcome to the bar and her response was to look my partner up and down with a very dirty look and then said in a very rude tone of voice he wouldn’t get into the other venue with that outfit on then points to his designer top & shoes. Firstly I was confused why she was giving an opinion we did not ask for and why she was making judgments on behalf of another bar when we were at this bar as we wanted to give this bar a try first. BTW the door staff at that bar she was reffering too let us in without any rudeness or issues with my partners outfit as we left this venue due to her comments and went straight there. Also before we left I looked behind me and my partner’s outfit was the same clothing items as all the other men in the que to get wristbands if anything his clothes were more nicer as they were smart designer trainers & designer top and she did not say a single bad word too any other men in trainers or tshirts (I know as we waited to see if it was just us she spoke to like this, it was so we left) I was actually shocked because this was our first time visiting this bar as it was part of 3 venues for a NYE event and this was the customer service of a staff at the front of house. I didn’t get her name but I wouldn’t recommend this bar or come back as clearly theirs an issue with service after reading other reviews. I’d suggest the managers look into this to provide her with better training her attitude and facial expressions were uncalled for.

poor. very very poor, won’t be returning or recommending to anyone. my 21st was ruined by unacceptable behaviour from staff and very slow service (not worth the 12.5% servuce charge). the only positive was the manager who was very understanding
