Absolutely brilliant! Happened upon Project Halcyon Distillery while in Manchester on a Sunday and we were super impressed. Underground secret hideaway bar and distillery offering the most wonderful cocktails from original mixes, own takes on classics and of course a full classic option. Barman and Waiter both highly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and worth their weight in gold. We'll be back, and will be recommending to everyone Go on.... ring the bell and give it a try, you wont regret it.

Great bar tucked away next to Aviva studios! Lovely looking venue with some wonderful drinks and even better service :) the live music was really nice too!

Brilliant and baffling, if you can find it! And I won't spoil it! This place is for the Connoisseur! Went there with my wife on Saturday night just before the live Music started at 9pm, it wasn't busy, very welcoming indeed and asked us to take a seat at the Bar whilst they brought a table to the middle for us! I'm not sure why the wait ,as there was plenty of tables! Good live music trio. I ordered the Project Halcyon Gin Cocktail and it was so good I wanted another, my wife had a Mocktail and it was excellent aswell. I couldn't get another Drink of my first choice as they had run out! I chose another but they had run out of that aswell! In a Distillery, so we had a laugh about it with the Waiter, all good fun, we wanted some Peanut's but they had sold out of them also. A very unique place and experience, it's fantastic and I can't wait to go back but I don't know why or when! You just have to go! It gets 6 Stars out of 5. Nicely dimly lit , i wanted to stay all night. I hope it lasts because it's fab! Please seek out Project Halcyon, indulge and enjoy. Total quality, I'll be back!
