Come ospiti dell'Hotel Miramar abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al Ristorante Principe delle Asturie e siamo rimasti molto colpiti dall'esperienza nella sua globalità. Il cibo era di qualità eccellente, preparato in modo curato e attendo ai dettagli. Il sapore dei piatti era sempre pieno e gustoso. Sono davvero rimasto colpito, in particolare il Gazpacho era freschissimo e l'ho adorato, me lo ricorderò molto a lungo! Il servizio era multi-lingue e sempre molto attento; il livello complessivo del servizio al tavolo era di lusso e per alcuni piatti al guéridon (es. piatti di pesce preparato al tavolo). Ambiente di lusso, abbiamo cenato nella terrazza vista mare ed è stato molto suggestivo e piacevole. La mise en place della tavola era di qualità con tovaglie di pregio e argenteria ben curata.
