I placed two separate orders, each with just two items, and had to wait at least 20 minutes for both. During that time, the staff were mostly chatting with each other, standing around, and not preparing the orders, even though many had already piled up on the screen. As a result, half of the food was already cold. Also, it looked like the second floor hadn’t been cleaned since the day before — the floor was clearly dirty. Very disappointed with the service and overall experience.

petado. mucha gente pero va rápido. nos sentamos en la terraza y estaba el empleado recogiendo y decía “ojalá quemen el mcdonalds ya” y además estábamos comiendo y nos decía “os falta mucho?” como echandonos para poder recoger y no habíamos ni acabado. a mi amiga la tocó como 4 veces con la bolsa de basura y no pidió ni perdón, y mi amigo pidió mc bites y le trajeron algo que ni sabíamos que era.

We walked 15 minutes to this place to have a fish sandwich, just to find out McDonald's do not serve fish sandwiches. It wasn't on the menu.
