Sería bueno que las citas que se añaden a clicsalud, no se envíen por correo, ayudaría a ahorrar papel y aún mejor funcionamiento de los recursos. No tiene sentido tener a nuestra disposición la digitalización de algunos servicios y seguir usando funciones de otras décadas. Sólo vería necesario manda por correo los cambios o anulaciones de citas o a aquellas personas de avanzada edad que no están familiarizadas con èstas tècnicas, el resto se deberían de manejar a través de clicsalud.
