Comida sana y variada en un enfoque moderno de negocio. Enhorabuena a los creadores de estos restaurantes. La idea es sencilla pero acertada y además está muy bien ejecutada. El día que acudí a su local de Gran Vía 7 (fantástica ubicación) había colas para entrar. La carta y sistema para pedir resultan confusos la primera vez. Pero esto no empaña las virtudes de un restaurante que aporta platos bien diseñados, sabrosos, saludables y que puedes ampliar con opciones. La clientela es gente joven o de mediana edad urbana a quien no le asusta compartir mesa, con presupuesto justo y que se cuida.
