Un pedacito de Japón en pleno corazón de la ciudad Hattori Hanzo no es solo un restaurante, es un viaje sensorial directo a Japón. Desde que entras, la ambientación y los detalles te transportan al otro lado del mundo. Y la comida… simplemente espectacular. Nuestro festín empezó con unas vieiras que se derretían en la boca, seguidas del karage bao —crujiente por fuera, jugoso por dentro—, unas gyozas que rozan la perfección y, la joya inesperada, una lasaña de cangrejo que mezcla tradición y creatividad a otro nivel. Para terminar, el cotton cheesecake fue el broche perfecto: ligero, esponjoso y con ese dulzor sutil que te deja sonriendo. Si buscas una experiencia auténtica y diferente, este es el sitio.
