I ordered a fluffy omelet with caramelized onions, two draft beers, and house‑made olives. Everything tasted homemade and well‑prepared, served without hurry. The staff were friendly and let me choose my spot at the bar. The vibe was local and vibrant, especially during tardy afternoon vermouth hours. It’s a perfect place for tapas and wine by the glass in Madrid’s alternative neighborhood.
