This has recently changed ownership as of March 20 25 and is now called Gus bistro. Having overindulged in the heavy local cuisine at the bouchons, this was a welcome change of pace. I had shredded chicken breast in the lovely light butter sauce, accompanied with rice and ratatouille. It was light and delicious. I also chatted at length with the gentleman that was taking care of my service. We talked local and international politics, and he was very passionate. If you sit street side, you will also have a lovely vista of the hotel Dieu building.
